Top Soil
This good quality top soil is soft sandy loam and ideal for garden uses. Average pH 7.2 mildly acidic to slightly alkaline. This soil has been screened and aerated to remove lumps and stones. It is a rich dark colour and is easily broken up. It fully conforms to applicable British Standards. This is a natural product so colour may vary.

Ballast - Sand and Gravel mixture
Premium mixture of sharp sand combined with 10mm & 20mm gravel suitable for combining with cement to make premium concrete pathways, floor or foundations for a building or can be used to secure fence posts. Soft Building Sand
This building sand is extracted from an East Yorkshire quarry, washed and screened. Material particle testing is in accordance fully conforms to applicable British Standards. Sharp Sand
We supply recycled sharp sand that ideally used for floor screeds, bedding brick slabs and most landscaping projects. This is an excellent natural product so colour may vary.
